10) Keep Watering
Just because the scorching heat isn’t around during the fall doesn’t mean you need to let up on your watering schedule. Still try to maintain that 1″ of water per week so that your grass roots stay as healthy as possible going into the harsh winter months. Use your sprinkler system if you are not getting much rain during this time.
Regardless of the type of lawn you have or plan on having throughout the winter. Using a good fall fertilizer will get your soil in shape so that you will have the best of whatever you plan on doing this winter. For that, check out the Fall Fertilizer Box from Lawnify.

Hi, Alex Kuritz here. Growing up I remember that my family had one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. Richly green and lush. I did a lot as I grew up in terms of caring and tending for not only my family’s lawn but also my neighbors. I can say I have years of experience, and I am here to share it with you.
